Embark at the picturesque port of Lavrion between 14:30–15:30 and enjoy our signature drink during your smooth check-in. In the afternoon, we set sail for the charming island of Kythnos. Step ashore to experience the profound beauty of the island and take part in the moving procession of the Epitaphion, a tradition steeped in history and reverence, set against the enchanting backdrop of Kythnos. Return onboard for a delightful dinner as we prepare for our next journey. Late in the evening, we set sail for the sacred island of Delos, gliding under the starlit sky. Overnight at sea.
Pre-cruise suggestions: Lavrion is not only the closest port to Athens international airport, but it also boasts a rich and fascinating history. Begin or end your adventure discovering this picturesque port, once a booming mining town. Situated on a small bay opposite the island of Makronissos, a former exile site for political prisoners, Lavrion still holds a unique charm and offers many sightseeing opportunities. For a more slowpaced visit, the Lavrion Marina is perfect for a relaxing stroll along the waterfront, lined with charming cafés and fresh seafood tavernas.
Morning arrival at Delos, the mythical birthplace of Apollo and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, celebrated for its powerful energy and ancient ruins. Around midday, we sail to the lively island of Mykonos. Onboard, enjoy a festive Holy Saturday lunch featuring traditional magiritsa soup and the cheerful “tsougrisma” , the cracking of red Easter eggs. Spend the afternoon exploring Mykonos and immerse yourself in the island’s Easter magic. The Resurrection ceremonies, candlelit processions, and dazzling midnight fireworks create an atmosphere that is deeply moving, regardless of faith. As evening falls, choose your own pace-join the local celebrations, sip cocktails in Little Venice, capture the famous windmills at sunset, or wander through Chora’s charming alleys filled with boutiques, cafés, and tavernas. We sail for Naxos in the early morning hours.
Awaken at a tranquil cove of Naxos and begin your day with a refreshing morning swim before we sail toward the main port. Lunch is served onboard as the crew prepares a traditional Easter feast, slow-roasting lamb on the spit and gathering around the table to celebrate Easter Sunday. On this joyous day, Greeks exchange the greetings “Christos Anesti” (Christ is risen) and “Alithos Anesti” (Indeed He is risen), sharing in a spirit of warmth and renewal. In the afternoon, arrive at Naxos Town to wander its picturesque lanes and visit the iconic Portara, or join an optional excursion to the Olive Press Museum, a local liqueur distillery, and the traditional mountain village of Apeiranthos. Overnight at port.
Arrive in the morning at the stunning islet of Despotiko, located next to Antiparos, for an unforgettable swim stop. Lunch is served onboard. In the afternoon, we reach Paros, an island celebrated for both its natural beauty and cosmopolitan charm. Explore its picturesque fishing villages and quaint towns, relax on its sun-kissed beaches, or browse the stylish boutiques. As night falls, experience the island’s vibrant nightlife. Overnight at port.
Sail to Ios island and enjoy a morning swim stop at Magganari Beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Greece. Lunch is served onboard. Early afternoon arrival in Santorini, an enchanting island which needs no introduction. Be sure to explore the Akrotiri archaeological site, which provides a captivating insight into Minoan life and culture before it was buried under volcanic ash or visit the Lost Atlantis 9D Experience Museum, the world’s first museum dedicated to the legend of Atlantis. Conclude your day in the stunning village of Oia, where you can select the ideal spot for dinner and witness the renowned Santorini sunset. Afterwards, head back aboard for our overnight sail to Milos island.
Arrive in the morning at the volcanic island of Milos, consistently voted best island in the world. Begin with a visit to the Geological Mining Museum, showcasing the island’s rich geological and mining heritage, then discover the iconic Sarakiniko Beach, famed for its milky-blue waters and striking white, lunar-like rock formations. In the afternoon, we set sail for the pristine island of Kimolos, a hidden gem with just 900 inhabitants. Once part of Milos, Kimolos was separated by an earthquake, creating its own unique charm. Enjoy dinner onboard, then spend the evening at leisure exploring the fairy-tale Chora of Kimolos. Overnight at port.
Early morning arrival at Sifnos, famous for its traditional white-washed architecture, its hiking trails and its sizzling food scene. Hike one of the many “Sifnos trails” or choose an optional excursion to the medieval ancient castle and the most photographed spot of Sifnos, the church of Seven Martyrs. Explore Apollonia, the picturesque capital, named after the God of light Apollo. Afternoon sailing for Cape Sounion, home to the “Temple of Poseidon” for a dip in the Aegean waters. Perched at the edge of the cliff, the ancient sanctuary is one of the most important monuments of the golden age of Athens. As the sun sets, it’s time for our farewell cocktail & dinner. Late at night we set sail for our return to Athens.
